For which could have been the last time in Bangkok before Chef Bumpei debut in his own restaurant in Fukuoka, hosted by Ms. Hiroko Kawashima, owner and sommelier of the famous Equateur in Tokyo, we are delighted to welcome Chef Bumpei Matsuo of Sushi Tsukuta from Karatsu.
Sushi Tsukuta received 2 Michelin-Star in the latest Fukuoka Michelin guide and tabelog Bronze and Silver awards during the past years. The restaurant has rich history whereby the two generations of parents and son are now working together crafting Karatsu-Mae sushi.
